We are very committed to customer satisfaction. Please check your Gorilla shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 30 days of receipt by writing to email@example.com. Please provide detailed information (including images) for any product damaged during shipping within this time frame. To be entitled for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must be in its original packaging.
Refunds & Exchanges
100% Satisfaction: However, if you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be at least 50% full for a valid refund. Please submit your request in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will notify you of your refund immediately upon inspecting the item.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment issuer’s policies.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable -- you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.. Refunds, will not include the cost of return shipping
